I think it was pretty classless of CBJ not only not to recognize RyJo, but to boo him? Lost any thread of respect for Columbus!

It's classless to do nothing? The video things have gotten out of hand all over the league. If a guy played for years for the organization and did a lot for the community (like Fedor Tyutin and Jared Boll who got tribute videos from CBJ this season) come back, I get it. But Joey only played a few years and he really soured on the organization and a large amount of the fans the last year he was in Columbus.
I'm sorry, but Joey's entitlement attitude wore out a lot of fans in Columbus and it goes back a long time. Back to when he was sent back to the AHL playoffs a few years ago and ended up having to be a healthy scratch in the Calder Cup Playoffs Game 4 because he was pouting about having been sent back down after the NHL season.
Then came the RFA contract negotiations where he turned down an 8 year 46 million dollar contract because he wanted more money and held out (unsuccesfully) after having ONE good season. Tell me, if a Nashville player did that...how do you think most Nashville fans would feel about him? Honestly.
Reality of the situation is that he's a former player who's not viewed well by a lot of fans...of course he's going to get booed lol. Hell, we boo Rick Nash because he plays for the Rangers and he did a hell of a lot more for Columbus. Nash laughs it off and that's exactly what Joey needs to do. These guys get paid millions of dollars to play a game and he's complaining he didn't get a thank you?
